Share your state, or send an event, to the rooms of one of your connections.

Stream
GET/presence/stream
Needs a signed-in user (Bearer token or access_token cookie).
Join presence rooms and receive everyone else's state and events as SSE:
presence.hello (your connection id), presence.state, presence.event,
presence.leave. ?rooms=channel:<id>,business:<id>,inbox:<id>; each must
be yours; inbox: rooms are listen-only (no publishes, nobody heard).
